Learning From My Gambling Failures

1st to explain why I write this article. I have been gambling on the net or at a brick and mortar casinos for a great many years. I have discovered, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up until you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through countless thousands of dollars in only a tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It appears you are just having fun until you start to track your losses and the guilt sets in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can win it back" constantly. It does not works. Then you become queasy in your belly and the more you try the faster you are deprived.

When you see that you are up, remain on the UP! When you start to lose, do not say to yourself, "well just maybe one more" and over and over again, believe me, this plan RARELY ever operates. Say you’re betting on slot games, have an amount set aside prior to starting your action. Don’t go over that limit, regardless how captivating. If you happen to succeed, put that in a different cup. Don’t use your successes no matter what. As soon as you’ve gone through your primary set limit, bail out. Head out, whether it is online or at a brick and mortar betting house, don’t stick around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, a different time.

Always remember, gambling is assumed to be exciting not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t manage the loss, do not even start.
