Do Not Drink … Play!

If you enjoy having a a cocktail ever so often, keep your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and leave all money, charge cards and cheques at home. Take whatever money you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you intend to throw away and keep the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You may well experience a win following a boozy night out with your friends and be blessed sufficiently to hit a marathon toss at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure considering that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and gamble. These activities just do not go well together.

Leaving your moola out of the casino is a little bit excessive, but defensive measures for drastic behavior is required. If you gamble to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you like to throw aside your $$$$ without a concern, then consume all the no charge booze your stomach can handle, but don’t carry plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your dead drunk head squanders every little thing!

Allow me to take this 1 step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on to the internet to play in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my home, however due to the fact that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t drink and gamble.

Why? Even though I don’t drink a lot, once I drink, it’s clearly enough to blur my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for a dangerous, and expensive, cocktail.
